What Are The Recurrent Small Purple Bruises All Over The Body?

I keep getting many small purple bruises all over my body. They don't hurt, and they aren't splotches. They look like they are made up of many small circles all in one clump. Do you know what this could be? I am a 15 year old female. No medical history.
