What Are The Red/brown Spots On The Arm After I Scratched It?

my age is 18,i itched my left arm about 5 days ago then red tiny blood spots appeared in the place where i itched, not so long after that it turned into a small red spot that's now turning to light brown?! any idea of what it could be ?! p.s i already have psoriasis if that helps !
