What Are The Red Colour Marks On The The Bottom Side Of My Ear Lobe?

woke up w/ a red / streaks/ hickey looking mark on bottom of ear lobe. No swelling, no itching, but looks like a bite of some kind because top of ear lobe mirros bottom. First I thougth I slept on it wrong and it pinched it and caused the "pinched look". Any ideas?
