What Are The Red Dots On The Stomach And Chest?

This is for my girlfriend, not me. She thought she had a yeast infection, which cleared up naturally after a day or so. well that seems to fine now, but she is getting these little red dots on her stomach and back up to her chest. she said they dont hurt, and look like chicken pocks. any ideas?
