What Are The Red Itchy Bumps On My Abdomen During Pregnancy?

I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been broke out for few days now. started on both breasts itchy red rash and now itchy red bumps on my arms legs and abdomen. I am 28 yrs old this is my first pregnancy. I have no known allergies. My first thought was my laundry detergent but it just seems to be getting worse. I have switched and rewashed everything w hypoallergenic laundry detergent. ive also been using since yesterday an anti- itch cream hydrocortizone
