What Are The Red Itchy Rashes Around Stomach And Scalp?

I am 42 years of age, female and have always been very healthy. Last Sunday I started with a type of rash on my stomach and every day getting a little worse, getting shivers all over and in the scalp also, they are small little red spots surrounding the stomach up the chest, I would truly apreciate some advise.
