What Are The Red Patches On My Breast During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and am wondering if the red/tan, flat, non ictchy, spots on my breasts are normal or not. some of them seem to have peeled from the center out. they are not warm to the touch. I do not think it is ringworm as I have had that before and it doesnt look the same...
