What Are The Red Tiny Raised Spots On My Chest And Side?

Recently, I have found tiny red spots on my stomach chest and side. They appear almost like rashes, they don't itch or irritate. They are raised above the skin a little and are a little sensitive to clothing but not painful. The only thing I have changed was I started taking vitamins which I stopped taking about a week before these appeared. Any idea on what this is?
