What Are The Repercussions Of Accidental Consumption Of Additional Oral Contraceptive?

I have been on birth control for probably 15 years. This week i noticed i accidentally took 2 pills in the same day. I know most suggest to take at the exact same time but i have never done that and never had any issues as long as i take one a day. Last night i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Today i noticed light pink almost peach discharge when i wipe. Its not enough that its on my panties though. Its very minimal. I don't usually spot or anything else and we have sex regularly. What could this be? I just had my pap about 6 months ago and everything was normal.
