What Are The Repercussions Of Accidental Swallowing Of Super Glue Mixed With Water?

I swallowed super glue mixed with water (about 10oz) by accident because my roommate failed to tell me he had just put the super glue on and in the faucet- I throw up 2 minutes afterwards and have been experiencing light chest pains- but I can still swallow- it burns mildly. Will the effects go away in the bear future? Or shoul I swallow olive oil? Or what can you suggest?
