What Are The Repercussions Of Taking Nora-B Dosage A Week In Advance?

I am on the Nora-B pills. Take it regularly every night before bed. Last Sunday, I was taking my pill w/o my glasses and started at the wrong end of the line of pills, so instead of taking Sunday, I took Saturday. Does that mess anything up or is each pill same and it doesn't matter. Should I just finish through the week then be back on schedule next Sunday?
