What Are The Risks Of HIV Transmission After Visiting A Sauna With A Foot Wound?

Hi, I visited a gay Sauna 4 weeks ago and was walking around the steam room and dark room which was totally pitch black and likely had semen on the floor from previous group sessions. Whilst I was there, I didn t see or hear anyone having sex. I only used the sauna and steam room for a total of 1 hour and then left (no sex or physical contact with anyone) I noticed the back of my left ankle had a big piece of skin missing from my tight leather shoes and walking in them all day. There was a small amount of blood coming from the wound. I m now experiencing all symptoms associated with early stages of hiv. My lymph nodes are extremely sore swollen in my throat and groin, white tounge and headaches, fevers and body aches. I keep trying to find answers online whilst I wait for the results of my hiv test which I ve done 5 weeks post exposure with a 4th ELISA test. I haven t seen any cases of transmission via wounds, but this was a dark room with steam and NO UV light, so I can imagine the virus living longer in fluid in these conditions. I think I m infected even though wore plastic slippers in the bath house, the fluid could have flicked off the slipper onto my ankle for transmission. I m scared and lost now. Not sure what to do or say.
