What Are The Risks Of Contracting HSV-2 From A Partner Who Hasn’t Had An Outbreak In Three Years?

Hello. I recently have been seeing a girl. On our 2nd date she told me she's had hsv-2 since she was 14. I'm considering to continue a relationship but I'm unsure the entire risks envolved and if it's wise since I do not want to contract the virus. She said she hasn't had an outbreak in 3 years. I'm wondering what are my odds if I practice safe sex with a condom or if there are ways to stay safer if I decide to continue seeing her. In other words what are the odds of me getting it.
