What Are The Risks Of Me Getting HIV After An Unprotected Sex?

Hello sir, my name is Jhon and i'm from Romania. Yesterday i visited a massage parlour, and after getting a massage(the girl rubbed her vagina on my penis, and she got wet) so because i was drunk, i put my penis in her and did her for about 5 minutes, until she had an orgasm. I did not have any orgasm. The girls looks healthy and she told me that she never fucked without a condom, but how can i belive her if she did it with me.. I am verry afraid and scared now, i'm desperate, it was a verry stupid thing for me to do and i whant to kill my self now, because i have a girlfriend that i love and i'm afraid to make sex with her now. I dont know what to do please help me!! I dont have any signs i think, i dont have fever or headache or marks on my genitelia. What are the risks of me geting HIV for that girl.. i dont have any cuttings or scars on my penis. Please help me.

Hi there, I understand your concern,
In my opinion you are right about not believing that girl so I would advise you to get your HIV test and Hepatitis B now and once after 6 months and If it is negative after 6 months then you are safe or you can request girl for tests now and if she is negative then no need to worry but if she is positive then you should consult your physician for prophylaxis And please don't get panic because even if girl was positive for HIV then also getting HIV infection is about 0.3% after single exposure and don't forget to use condom in future.
