What Are The Severely Painful And Worsening Black Moles All Over My Back?

hello - have very painful what appears to be black moles all over my back. this has been going on for sometime. but have gotten worst over time. yes, did go to a skin doctor. said they were nothing and not cancerous. but has grown worst in the last couple of months
