What Are The Side Effects Of Bromfed?

I have bronchitis and nothing is helping the cough. I went to an urgent care and the PA prescribed prednisone 20mg and an otc type mucinex. I have some 240 Bromfed DM from 2014 that I did not finish. I take Prozac 10mg, and phentermine 37.5 under a physician care. Is there any danger in taking the Bromfed? I haven't been able to sleep in days. I've been sick for a week today.
