What Are The Side Effects Of Cartigen Forte Tablet?

How long can I take Cartigen Forte tablet that was prescribed by my ortho and what side effect will I have. I had spine problem first n then after a year when I had to go abroad the doc prescribed this medicine. I just took few n stopped. Now I have come back to India n getting joint pain so can I take these tablets n for how many days.
