What Are The Side Effects Of Clomid?

hello doctor....! I am 25 years old and married since 2 1/2 years still not conceived cause of pcod and anemia-9.2gms ,My doctor suggest me to take clomid does it have any side effects & my husband age is 34 and his sperm count is normal. Could you suggest better way to conceive very soon
