What Are The Side Effects Of Copper T IUD?

I had my 2nd coil removed last friday, i had had it for 4 and a half years, was just wanting it changed, but the doc had a prob inserting a new one and i had become distressed, so we abandoned the procedure. Since the removal of it i feel so sick ????? is this normal I had had a coil for over 9 years.... I am 51 years of age
