What Are The Side Effects Of Cumiden?

They just started my 82 year old dad on cumiden the blood thinner. His number came back today at 5. He is very dizzy, throwing up. He has been able to hold down a little soup this evening. What should I feed him to help? Spinach, bananas, kale soup? Do we need to go to the urgent care?
