What Are The Side Effects Of Dynapar?

Hi. I suffer from rheumatoid arthiritis the type that I have to avoid meat/gaut. I was recently introduced to Dynapar. Is it good to take and what are the side effects; especially that I also had auto immune hepatitis. I don t know if it can have an effect on my liver. Should I take it as needed or everyday? And will end it for good or is it temporarily?
