What Are The Side Effects Of Glutathione Capsules?

Hi doc..im ann 28.. at the moment im taking glutathione capsule for whitening skin frm frontrow..it is a net working business.. is it safe to use?or is there any side affect aside from having a whiter skin?if i get pregnant does it effect my baby?thank you..
