What Are The Side Effects Of Isotroin?

Hello sir ... I have been suffering with acne problem for 2-3 yrs now..the pimples keep coming and going one or two at a time...my doctor suggested me with isotroin 30mg for the acne...nw I am worried about the side effects.. Jst wnted to know do these side effects always occur ..and if so then should I discontinue the medications.
