What Are The Side Effects Of Minokem And Mintop?

Hi , 1) Im 35 years Male, experiencing hair fall and for the last 3 years. I have just started using Minokem (Minoxidil 5%) before bed and Mintop 10 (Minoxidil 10%) after shower, as my brother had drastic 80% Regrowth. He is also using Dutas (Dutasteride). But Im not convinced to use Dutas due to its Side effects. Minokem and Mintop has 95 % alchocol ahd I was wondering it have side effects like liver damage, etc. 2) And also in UK its hard water and hard to shower with soft water. Please Advice best solution for my situation
