What Are The Side Effects Of NICIP Tablets?

Hello Dr. Iam 41 years 162 cms and 56 kgs. I am having migraine problems and I am frequently (weekly twice) using NICIP tablet for Headache. I normaly get one sided headeche weekly twice. Is it advisable to use NICIP tablet? May i know any side effect of the tablet.
