What Are The Side Effects Of Nebistar?

sir, i am taking nebistar tablet 2.5 mg since 8 months . one in the morning alongwith pin om 20 tablet and at night i take one tablet nebistar 2.5 mg as blood pressure medicine. kindly advice me whether this medication is correct n i want to know one more thing about its side effects because my weight is increasing day to day. is there somthing related to the above medication i am also suffering from insomnia n constipation
