What Are The Side Effects Of Norethisterone Tablet?

Hi I was taking norethisterone for around a month, I've had unprotected sex during this time, my breasts have been hurting a lot for the last week, I stopped the tablets around a week ago and started bleeding yesterday but very lightly. Could this be a peroid?
