What Are The Side Effects Of Paracetamol Overdose?

Hello, I have been suffering dental pain for the last five days and have been taking paracetamol to combat the pain. I foolishly did not keep track of my intake the first two days and I'm concerned I may have gone over the recommended dosage of 8 500mg tablets per day by two more tablets. I have kept within the limits stated on the pack since then but I am paranoid about the effect this medication is having on me by being repeatedly replaced in my system. Is it 100% safe? I weigh 230lb if that helps.
