What Are The Side Effects Of Plaquenil?

I have sle and have recently been diagnosed with intestinal lung disease. I am on prednisone 4mg per day and 1 tablet of plaquenil per day (100 mg). Now the specialist has put me on 50 mg of imuran per day as well. I have been reading the side effects if this drug and am worried. Is there any reason i should be worried.
