What Are The Side Effects Of Prednisone?

Prednasone what are the side effects. Is there any other meds used for Toloasa Hunt Syndrome? Have had double vision for many months and severe migraine headaches. Neurologist had me on 12 x 5mg of prednisone daily. Now down to 4 a day. Double vision has disappeared and so has eye pain but still experience dizziness and extreme fatigue. Migraines still a concern. Can you advise me please. Sincerely, Josie
