What Are The Side Effects Of Q10 Moisturiser ?

I developed a severe reaction due to using a Q10 moisturiser. My right eye was red and inflamed (looked like I had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson) and an infected left cheek which turned into what my G.P. thought was either contact dermatitis or a fungal infection. The eye cleared up after using Klacid (allergic to Penecillin) and Hydrocortisone. I was given Fucidin and Deltaracrotril Steroids for the cheek. After using the last course of the steroid plls the cheek has now broken out again. The G.P. has now prescribed a 10mg 5 day course of these together with Xyzal and Fucidin. Could you please tell me if these will finally resolve the problem as I'm very self-conscious at this stage? Thanks for your time.
