What Are The Side Effects Of Rosuvas And Telma?

hello Sir, My age is 31 & weight 90 kgs, and just 6 months before I had a CABG because the Stents were blocked which were deployed by Angioplasty when I was 24 yrs of age. Also recently due to unusuall shift timings of my job (morning 5.30 to 3.00 PM and alternate week 3.00 PM to 12 night) My blood sugar level has increased to 280. Now I am taking Deplatt A-150 and Amifru-40 + Glycomet 500 in morning. In night I take Rosuvas F-10 and Telma 20. Are these medicines OK ? or do these combinations will have side effects on my heart condition or blood sugar level ? Plz help
