What Are The Side Effects Of Telma Tablets?

Hi Dr., I have been diagnosed hypertension stage 1 for the past 6 months...my BP readings have been below 140 and 90-100...but I used many medicines...none suited me...amlodipine gave me severe skin rash...Now I am taking skin treatment drugs....today I started Telma 20...what could be the side effects of this drug? Thanks
