What Are The Side Effects Of Tribulus Terrestris And Creatine?

Im 23 years old male..2 months before i took a dietary supplement containing TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS(testosterone booster) and CREATINE..i took this supplement for only 3 days..after 3 days i stopped using it..after 3 days i observed some swelling in my face..And after 2 months im observing that my jaw has become long and elongated...
Is it possible that this supplement can cause jaw bone elongation ??
Has this supplement caused my jaw bone elongation and any kind of jaw bone growth ?? If not,then why face appears long ...please help...please
