What Are The Side Effects Of Birth Control Loop?

hi im 29 year old after a year my baby was born i got my loop fixed about three months ago since then im suffering from bleeding the whole month.i have seen my doc she said it wil adjust within a month if i take birth control pills for 21days.i started taking for 15days but its still the same please advice asap.
