What Are The Side Effects Of Contraceptive Injections?

Hello I stoped using the controceptive injection 9 months ago but my periods still havnt returned. Over the past bout 6 weeks iv been experiencing really bad cramps n pains in the pelvic area but only little bits of blood in discharge after urinating, also been experiencing faint n dizzy spells and hot flushes is this normal??
