What Are The Side Effects Of Elevated SGPT Levels?

Sir my name is Javed Iqbal and i am 36 years old. I have also diabetes from last 5 years and taking prescribed medicines. My height is 5,11 and weight is 88Kg. Sir i have gone through a medical test for overseas employment and diagnostic center called me and informed that your SGPT level is 82 where normal is 40 so your medical test will be conducted again. Please help me out? is it a abnormal level or can i pass medical test?
