What Are The Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

Um I was masturbating and I shoved 3 smallish ice cubes in my butt and followed them with a highlighter to push them up further and I had to repeat this but I did it too quickly and I think I have torn something minor in my anal cavity (blood is bright red not dark), do I need to worry?!
