What Are The Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

i have been masterbating for a couple of years. and as i women i have found it to be a good experience for me biut ever since i was younger i noticed that the outer lips of my vagina have become losser and darker. to sum it up, my vagian doesn't look the way it did befor i started masterbating and i would want to know if this is something i have to worry about. should i be self conscious and can my OBGYN know that i masterbate alot?
