What Are The Side Effects Of Hair Transplanation?

hi im 31 years old male. i lost almost all my hair around the age of 25. now i want to replace them.is permanent transplanting having aftereffects? is pasting same as transplanting?i would also like to know if it has any long term aftereffects. thankyou
