What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena Coil?

Hi, may I answer your health queries hi I've already asked my question but cannot find the answer. Basically I had the mirena coil fitted in December 09 and has been fine until the end of Dec 10 and since then Ive been haveing constant pain in my abdomen on the left side with bloating, extreme tiredness and last number of days bleeding but brown stuff.. Been to gp on a number of occassions and also seen 2 different consultants who are passing me back and for. I need answers as it's really affecting my day to day life...
