What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena Coil?

Everytime i eat i end up feeling very sick (but never actually sick) and light headed, i went to the doctor and they did a pregnancy test which was neg, i has a merina coil. so she said i had an eat infection that was causing this but she never looked at my ears and they dont hurt or bother me. My hands have been going numb alot also
