What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena Loop?

I was put on anti tb treatment since 2 days ago. I had a mirena loop inserted a month ago. I was spotting but my bleeding has suddenly become heavier for the past 2 days ever since taking tb meds. i am also on cymgen 60mg per day and have read that Isoniazid has side effects on both depression and the use of hormonal contraceptives. The loop does release progestogen in smaller quantities than The Pill. Please advise what the effects TB treatment will have on my depression ( mood ) and Loop. Plus i was put onto this medication prophylactically for 4months - I dont have active tb but i was exposed to TB patients before. thnx
