What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena?

i have recently inserted the Mirena and have noticed that my forehead has severely broken out! i have never had any issues with acne before and was wondering if there is anything similar to the Mirena that will not cause me to break out and have the same amount of upkeep. meaning minimal work. P.S i have tried the nuvaring and didn't like it due to the fact it wouldn't go far enough into the vagina to be remotely undetected in new relationship.. a little awkward.
