What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Levothyroxine, Propranolol And Amlodipine Together?

I am taking levothyroxine 75mcgand also take propranolol 40 mcg for stress. As I have been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, I have been prescribed almodipine 5mcg. I am wondering what interactions there may be with this combination of drugs as I have been experiencing light headed ness and a slight fluttering on my chest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
