What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Paroxetine, A Decongestant And An Antihistamine?

Hi ive just started taking paroxetine. I have been taking one decongestant and one antihistamine for about a month now (daily). I seem to have alot of ear problems (pressure, pain) and those pills seemed to help lot. I heard there can be bad side effects by combining the two. Is that true? And if it is true, what else can i take in its place?
