What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Depo Shots And Ortho Tri Lo Pills?

Hi, I am a 21 year old female who occasionally drinks. I have had many bad experiences with medicine. i became anemic while on the depo shot and lost some hair while on ortho tri lo pills. I stopped taking the pils for a couple months and re tried the pills. My probleew is i tried to got to the bathroom for a bowel movement and little chunks of blood came out ( i was also on my period...i think...my periods have never been regular). That same time i puke up light yellow fluid too. What was wrong with me?
