What Are The Side Effects Of Using Birth Control Implant?

i have been on the implant for over 2 years and never really had periods. All of a sudden i have been getting light periods once a week now they have stopped. I have never had sore nipples before and now i have and the whole breast is itchy. I have done a test and its negative. What could be wrong?
