What Are The Side Effects Of Using Dermal Fillers?

i had a filler injection done on the lower part of my face near my nose, and it had being already 48 hours and i feel pain and one side is swelling. and i fell that both sides are not even. Is it going to go away and look normal or it was not done the right way?
