What Are The Signs Of Miscarriage?

i took 3 home pregnancy test on saturday morning and today monday i went to a free clinic and the test was negative then i went and had blood drawn and they gave me another urine test and there was a faint line....now im bleeding and cramping like im having my normal period am i having a miscarriage?
